You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@grantintelai.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

GrantIntel uses artificial intelligence to assist in grant research and proposal drafting. All AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed, edited, and verified by qualified humans before submission. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or eligibility of AI-generated proposals. You are solely responsible for the content submitted to any funder.
Paid plans are billed as described on our pricing page. Fees are non-refundable except as provided in our 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
The GrantIntel platform, including its design, software, and content, is owned by OpportunityIntelAI LLC and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload. By submitting organization data, you grant us a limited license to use that data to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that grant matches will result in awards. Grant funding outcomes depend on factors outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpportunityIntelAI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the Service relationship at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease. We will retain your data as required by law or our data retention policy, after which it will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shelby County, Tennessee.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes via email or a prominent site notice.
